For those of you who already read my other blog, or have just stumbled upon this on, then hello!
Lets just say that my name is Em, and - from the url name of this blog - my goal is to be thin, at least 110 lbs, by the time i have my birthday, which is almost in a month, on July 19.
So far I think I have done fairly well. Yesterday I went for a jog down a trail, which took me about 35 minutes, and hopefully with time, i will be quicker than that, and will be able to go farther. Then, after the jog, I jumped into a cold shower. I kept gasping at the cold, which you wouldn't expect. For those of you who regurlarly have cold showers, I congratulate you, because when you actually stand there, ready to jump into the shower, it's ALOT harder than just thinking about doing it.
I felt good after that jog and shower. Unfortunately, ice cream stood in my way after, and so i had a few spoonfuls.
Today, is hopefully better though. So far i've had 2 cups of coffee (w/ cream and sugar), 1 yoghurt (150), and some noodles (150). I couldn't finish all the noodles because after a few sponfuls, they started to taste absolutely disgusting, and soggy.
So, for the next couple of days, leading up to my b-day, I will be documenting everything on my path to being thin. It will be hard, and I know that since i know that seeing food right there in front of you, it is hard to resist. Anyways, so here are my first pictures, the first of many that i will be posting of my progress.




Anyways, on a last note, over the next few posts, I will becoming up with strict rules,that I can hopefully follow. I ultimate goal, and one that I hope to achieve is 105 lbs. I am currently around 126, give-or-take. Anyone else can join me, and if you want, you can post in the comment section, or can post where you can find your blog for others who are on the same path, are looking for inspiration, or just friends who are doing the same thing.
