Today is day 2.
So, yesterday was another good day. I went jogging, but oddly enough I didn't do as good as well as I did the first time. Maybe i was just tired or something. I still went for 35 minutes. I didn't jog the whole way, i've only just started, and hopefully Ill do good in a week, and be able to run the whole way. And then extend the run a little longer, to an hour, so that Ill know for certain that I'll be burning 500 calories within the hour.
Did a lot of leg exercises yesterday, so my legs were a little sore today, but suprisingly not as much as i would've thought.

hey em i have followed several of your blogs starting way back with die to be thin. do you have a current facebook group to join? i could really use the support of a group of ana's...i tried the Ana Regzig one but it didn't show up. starve on!
